Academy FC Game Reschedule and Referee Policy
OPL Game Reschedule Request Details
Game Reschedule Instructions:
1. EMAIL blitzreschedules@gmail.com
2. Put Team Name in Subject
3. In the email send the following information:
* Original Game Date & Time
* MATCH #
* Opponent
* NEW Game Date & Time (at least 2 options)
* Confirm that the opposing team has agreed
Must be done 10 days in advance of the original scheduled match.
Cancelations due to illness, low roster etc. All cancelations of a match must be done 6 days prior to a match, or the ref fees still need to be paid. (Sunday 6pm for a Saturday game)
Field Closure – If the complex is closed due to weather or field conditions, managers will be notified. There will be no penalty to the teams, and they can reschedule based on field/ref availability. It is the home team responsibility to contact the opposing team to let them know.

OPL League Games
U11-U12 $115 ($45/$35/$35)
U13-U14 $140 ($60/$40/$40)
U15-U16 $160 ($70/$45/$45)
U17-U19 $180 ($80/$50/$50)
ECNL-RL League Games
U13 – U19 $180-$220
Scrimmages at Alsuma
Saturday and Sunday only
Field availability based on field commitments, practice schedule and league games take priority.

Team Expenses:
These will be set based on your teams tournament plans and league travel. These will include referee fee’s, tournament entry fee’s, coach per diem, field fee etc…These will be paid monthly to your team treasurer by the first of each month.
